"A not so disgruntled customer"
Hello, my name is Jamal Coley and I am a customer of
yours.
On Saturday August
6th, I dropped off my 2007 Jeep Wrangler for service. My air conditioning
wasn't working properly and while checking for leaks in the system , I
discovered what I thought to be a coolant leak on my intake manifold.
Having bought an
extended warranty along with my jeep from you guys, I brought it in with the
hope you would take care of the problems and do it in an expeditious manner so
I could drive it to the Ozarks on Wednesday. I don't mind telling you it was a
faint hope, seeing as I brought you my jeep on Saturday afternoon.
That following
Monday I came in to get some papers out of the glove compartment and to my
surprise your tech's had not only diagnosed the problems and confirmed my
suspicions, but they already had my jeep torn down and were awaiting the parts
to re-assemble it. They also had discovered other items I knew nothing about
with their 23 point inspection.
This was
astonishing and not that they confirmed my suspicions or found more, but that
it wasn't going to cost me an extra dime. After all I had the 'extended
warranty'.
Hey, everybody's
heard the horror stories about how you can take a car to the Dealers or Dobbs
or Sears for a nail in your tire and end up getting an alternator belt and a
new battery, but this wasn't one of those instances. I repeat it wasn't going
to COST me an extra dime and on top of that your service manager 'Mike' assured
me that you guys would do all you could to have my jeep ready by Wednesday,
which was the day of my departure.
I really
appreciated that but at this point, though hopeful, I'm already making
preparations for my trip, checking into a car rental. After all, I wasn't going
to drive the car you provided to the Ozarks, but I was still going.
So imagine my
surprise when Tuesday morning, I receive a call from 'Mike'
letting me know my jeep was ready. I couldn't have been more pleased! I picked up my jeep and rode as if in a new
vehicle, great ride with no worries!
In closing, my
family and I have been loyal jeep owners for years. I mean YEARS! This is our 6th one (personally my 5th), we
still have three now.
My only regret is that I only bought the last two of them
from you guys at Marty Cancila. Your service is excellent!
My hats off to
your service manager 'Mike' and the techs that worked on my jeep! Tell them I
said "thanks for a job well done" and give 'em all raises on me, they
deserve it!
